Where are the United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is a state in the south west, located in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula. The state faces the Arabian Gulf and includes seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al Qaiwain, Ras al Khaimah and Fujayrah. It borders Saudi Arabia and Oman.

The territory of the country is occupied mostly by a lowland desert formed by sand, alternating along the coast from salt flats.
